Join us for the second date in the Downtown Greenway Speaker Series, this time with a focus on the East Coast Greenway. Learn about the vision, impact, and future of the 3,000-mile trail during a public talk by ECG Executive Director Dennis Markatos-Soriano. This free event is open to the public and will take place May 7 from 5:30-7 pm at the Greensboro History Museum. Come discover how regional trail networks connect communities and support healthier, more active lifestyles. You will also gain insight into how long-distance trail systems drive economic development, tourism, and environmental stewardship in the communities they serve. Learn how the East Coast Greenway is working to create a safe, accessible route for people of all ages and abilities to walk, bike, and explore.
