Downtown Greensboro has a dedicated team of Ambassadors who provide a variety of services to the center city. Whether it be providing directions or offering a helping hand to those who need it, our Ambassadors are here to help.
Ambassador Services

- Promoting downtown amenities and businesses
- Providing maps and visitor information
- Assisting with downtown special events
- Calls for assistance to police, fire, EMS
- Connecting those in need to social services
- Business check-ins and resident assistance
- Panhandling and suspicious activity observation and reporting
- Litter pickup from public sidewalks - and more!
