Located on the Downtown Greenway. Radcliffe Bailey designed this bike rack as a part of the Freedom Cornerstone. The design looks like the front of a railroad car and the railroad signal references both the Underground Railroad, and railroad tracks that historically have been a divide between black and white communities.
