What began as my own healing journey became an international movement dedicated to helping people move, heal, and transform through the practice of hot yoga.

In 2015, I founded Dynamic Hot Yoga Company in Doha, Qatar, creating an inclusive wellness community for students of all backgrounds and abilities. Since then, I have had the privilege of teaching internationally, serving a diverse clientele ranging from beginners to high-performing professionals — including Olympic medalists, members of the France National Soccer Team, professional basketball players, members of the Qatari Royal Family, and global celebrities, including Jennifer Lopez, who requested a private hot yoga class with me during her visit to Doha in 2018.

I am a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance and hold certifications in Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and First Degree Reiki. My teaching philosophy blends movement, mindfulness, and healing to create spaces where students feel empowered in body, mind, and spirit.
