Trick or Treat on Elm Street | October 24 | 1–4 p.m.

Bring the whole family downtown for an afternoon of Halloween fun on Elm Street! Participating downtown businesses will be handing out treats, with roaming performers adding to the festive atmosphere.

We’ll also be participating in the Teal Pumpkin Project, helping make the celebration more inclusive for trick-or-treaters with food allergies and other dietary restrictions. Look for the businesses with a teal pumpkin displayed.

Come dressed in your Halloween best and enjoy a family-friendly afternoon downtown!
