Intro to Plasma Cutter: Garden Stakes

Details

Students will design garden stake signs using the plasma cutter and simple welding tack techniques.

Students will have the opportunity to fabricate their own custom sign outlines and interior sign illustrations, focused on plasma cutting techniques. The students may select from simple circles, triangles, squares and other simple 2-D geometrical shapes as the outline for garden stakes. While the interior may include general plant name and or generic plant image, for those students that want to explore plasma cutting abilities.
