Love brunch and yoga? This Sunday morning session is the perfect way to do both!
Join Sheri Vettel, Integrative Dietitian and Yoga Teacher, for Food & Flow yoga at Southend Brewing Co. The classes will be all-levels friendly and are designed with stretching, gentle movements, and relaxation in mind. We'll connect to strength, move alongside our breath, and have lots of fun, too! Some weeks will feature a special "Food" chat and brunch pairing from the kitchen at SouthEnd. On July 12th we'll chat about the health benefits of peaches. Following the yoga session we will have a speciality brunch menu provided for attendees to order from (not included in ticket price). Please stay updated on Facebook event page for menu soon to come!
*** Please bring your own mat and any props needed (towels, blankets, blocks)
Social distancing is a must! The class is outdoors and all mats will be spaced 6 feet. No hands on adjustments will be offered.
