About Chaney Properties

Chaney Properties has specialized in restoring and leasing historic buildings in downtown Greensboro and near UNC-Greensboro since 1980. Our historic properties include over 100 apartment buildings, single family houses and commercial buildings in close proximity of UNCG and Downtown Greensboro. Chaney Properties has received local and national awards for outstanding renovations of historic properties.

Our tenant family is a mixture of professionals, students, professors and families. We are proud to offer housing to students and faculty from UNCG, Elon Law School, Greensboro College, North Carolina A&T, Bennett College, Guilford College and GTCC.

Our commercial buildings range from salons, offices, fitness centers, warehouses, restaurants, and entertainment venues. All of which are close to the heart of Downtown Greensboro and receive great visibility.
