Private lot maintained by Preferred Parking Service LLC at Washington and Davie Street behind Schiffman's and LOAF bakery. Spaces go for $40 per month (Currently full). Monthly parking can be purchased by calling 1-800-313-7275. The parking lot is open to the public for a parking fee (see rates below). Enforcement is by the management company is Preferred PARKING Service LLC.
