SAFE Yoga is a welcoming, heart-centered yoga series designed to introduce and expand access to yoga within communities that have historically been underserved in wellness spaces. SAFE stands for Safe, Accessible, Free-flowing Energy—and that intention is woven into every part of the experience.

This weekly program seeks to engage and educate racial and ethnic minority populations, as well as low-income communities, about the many benefits of yoga in a way that is culturally affirming and community-rooted. SAFE Yoga is open to all—families, individuals of every background, and people at every level of practice, from first-timers to seasoned yogis.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to come just as they are. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, offering gentle guidance through movement, breath, and mindfulness that can be carried into everyday life.

The purpose of SAFE Yoga is to expand how students view yoga—moving beyond poses and into a lifestyle of grounded wellness. The program provides a supportive space to explore yoga’s physical, mental, and emotional benefits, while helping participants learn how to integrate these tools into their daily rhythms and sustain healthy living through movement.

SAFE Yoga invites you to move freely, breathe deeply, and feel fully supported on your path to wellness.

**There is no class on Saturday, Sept 13th**
