The 2nd day of Dance Project's 5th annual Dance Marathon will take place in the Van Dyke Performance Space. This event is designed to support Dance Project’s School, whose goal is to make high-quality dance accessible to as many people as possible, through classes, community programs, workshops, and scholarships.

100 for 100 Fundraiser | 6:00-9:00 PM
The 100 for 100 fundraising event is a tradition for the CVA, and it provides much-needed funding for the CVA’s public art gallery and educational programming. In years past, guests have lined up outside the CVA’s doors, waiting for their chance to view and purchase artwork. This one-night-only fundraiser has become a beloved art party, where art lovers and artists connect over tasty beverages, snacks, good music, and great art all in support of this community art gallery.

It’s Showtime! Come see the work of our artists in residence as they have finished, or are finishing up, their projects this past month. This is also another opportunity, outside of guided tours and personalized appointment visits. Come celebrate the work of these creatives before they depart and end their residency.

First Friday Drum Circle with Healing Earth Rhythms | 6:30 PM-9:00 PM
Drum roll, please! You’ll have a blast passing the beat among neighbors and friends. Thanks to Healing Earth Rhythms, we're bringing drum circles each month through November. No drum? No problem, there are loaners you can use. No experience needed, everyone is welcome.
