Free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings will be offered at the event. There will also be team members on hand to provide patient education and health resources, including information about where to receive care in the community.

"Our unwavering goal is to reduce the gap in life expectancy among our communities,” said Olu Jegede, M.D., Vice President of Clinical Care - Health Equity at Cone Health. “To achieve this, we must work hard towards creating healthier communities where everyone, irrespective of their circumstances, has the opportunity to live a long and fulfilling life. I am confident that we can attain this objective through effective collaboration, dedication and perseverance."
