Table 16 will transition from fine Italian to dining to New Old World Cuisine by early July 2008.  Co-owner Ben Roberts, owner of sister restaurant The Undercurrent, is excited to introduce change from Italian to the more wordly concept and new accomplished chef and co-owner Graham Heaton.  Ideas will stem from Miami to New Orleans with entree emphasis on fresh native ingredients in a small intimate cosmopolitan downtown ambiance.  A small inviting bar opens outside on Lewis Street with outside seating near where S. Elm Street comes alive!
